Like New! Never used and carefully stored for nearly 35 years. No musty smell. No rips, stains, or snags that I noticed. This is a vintage quilt with southern ladies. I found nicknames like grown-up Sunbonnet Sue, Umbrella Sue, Parasol Lady, or simply a Southern Belle. The ladies are each holding a parasol (umbrella) and wearing a bonnet. Main Colors: Yellow, blue, purple, pink, and green. They are cheerful and bright pastels! Background and Border: Solid yellow and yellow floral, with a strip of pink around the inside of the border. Features: There are 12 ladies featured. Each one has a two-tone dress. Some dresses are two shades of one color, while others are pink + green or pink + yellow. The dresses, umbrellas, and bonnets are outlined with lace and bows for a textured look and feel.
