South American Pottery Vase Handmade Folk Art Signed By Artist

Please review each of the photographs provided as our pictures are always an important part of our descriptions. There are a few spots on this item that look like chips; however, the feel of the item is smooth and the only flaw I found is on the very bottom where I located a tiny chip. It is shown in the photographs. The signature on the bottom appears to have been done professionally but I do not recognize the artist name.
