In great condition! Fits like a medium, but marked Large. Size Large dress that us 100% cotton on top and 100% rayon on the skirt. Side zipper, embroidered hem, and accent buttons (non-functional). It has pockets! Material has no stretch. Checkered portion feels like flannel-like fabric. Cute ruffle sleeves and pointed collar. Waist is 14.5 inches flat, bust is 17 inches flat. Length from shoulder to hem is 36 inches. Last photo shows belt loops, though belt is not included. This is a retired style that was discontinued and now hard to find!
