Soprano Halter Dress - NWT!

Brand new, purchased from Nordstrom for an occasion and never wore it. This is a stretch, slim fitted, navy dress with an adjustable cross back and halter straps. Length in front from neckline to bottom hem is 36" and in the back 24". It is 14.5" across the front. Smoke free home, carefully stored.
