Sophie Max polka dots dress size M New With defect

The dress is never worn, missing belt. Sale as is please. I love the Pleated design in the front and back neck and the arms. There are some Pleated on the skirt part as well. I tried to be a model in this dress but it's not my size so I just took a pic at the arm part.
