Lay flat measurements (approx.): Pit to pit: 16” Waist: 12 1/2” Length from shoulder to hem: 35” Top of dress is very stretchy due to smocking/ruching Below the waist is gathered and flared but not stretchy. Garment is pre-owned but in very good condition.
