Sooo cute top in navy/white stripe. Short sleeve with such a cute detail at bottom front - ties in bottom of middle front. Soft cotton/spandex fabric. Slightly longer length so wonderful over leggings, jeans, shirts! This is brand new, never worn but tags were removed. By Thyme and Honey. Size Small but to me more medium.
