This is a brand sold at kohl's. It is "Goods for Life". Built in bra dress. Size Small. a beautiful short dress with long sleeves. A vibrant red color. Decorative buttons. Only tried on, but no tags. I photographed the thread that can be seen on part of the smocking, which is from the tag.
