Hips show 18" flat measurement, thigh 8" there is some stretch to fit contours of body. The rayon cotton blend make them very comfortable and not binding like denim. Soft brushed denim tan khaki, easily cuffed with roll-up leg. mid-rise, 56% Cotton, 43% Rayon & 1% Spandex, relaxed fit in hip and thigh, not skinny jeans, would fit 4 or 6. Approx. 28" w, 22" inseam Great for all seasons!
