From the Sonia-by Sonia Rykiel brand. Gorgeous substantial cotton zippered black skirt. Fabric weighs alot, high quality knit with gold YKK zippers (the best zippers) and gold snap buttons. Fully functioning zippers Un-zips all the way open, which shows the quality of the design. I posted picks with measuring tape but waist is 28", length from waist is 18".
