This is an absolutely adorable Sonia Rykiel skater skirt for H&M capsule. It is mostly cotton. It is a size small. The waist can range from 22 inches to 34 inches as it has elastin the waistband is 3 inches long which makes it so cool because you can wear it over leggings or jeans. the width on the bottom is 30 inches. The length is 16 1/2 inches long. This is truly an adorable skirt that’s sold out immediately for the capsule unfortunately, Sonia. Rykiel has passed and her items are very collectible.
