Somebody tell me how to get my money back

This chick scammed me now my account is frozen. I can't use my debit card until they send me a new one thanks to this little girl. I have emailed posh mark several times and still no results. I purchased the coach poppy set and got make up instead now I'm blocked frm her fkn closet to even contact her about my money........
