Striped tunic dress from the Soma brand. This dress is long sleeves with a round scoop neckline. It is black with stripes in a coastal ether blue. It is very soft and comfortable as it is part of the Live Lounge Wear line. It flares out and paired great with leggings and the matching scarf.
