The bottoms were altered, so they are a true small around the waist.

What size do you normally wear, and what size would you say fits this?

@kchou243 I would say you would need to be a 26 waist to fit comfortably. It’s a shame the previous owner modified the waist band in the back. My other solstice suits fit perfectly, but I think that is because I can make the waist a little larger. I wear a 27 jean and this suit fits me, it’s just a little tight.
