These are the made in England Solovair NPS Black Greasy 8 Eye Derby Boot. These are real leather and don’t have a plastic coating that the Dr. Martens have. They feature a wooden shank too, so they are a lot more comfortable and will hold their shape. Unlike Dr. Martens, they CAN be resoled. I really like these boots but I went for the astronaut boots and now I just have too many. They have new laces that Solovair sells, but I will also include the old ones.
