Genuine Solovair (the still-made-in-England cousin of Dr Martens) monkey boots in fantastic condition. I only wore them 2 or 3 times before I came to the conclusion that there has not been a sock thick enough to compensate for my ski-like size 9 feet (I’m just being real lol). Solovair lists these as a UK 8 (see embossed number in final picture) which is a US 9. A true 9.5 would fit w room to spare I think a size 10 would also work in these; these run quite big. In any case, they’re in like new condition, to the point that the soles (pictured here) don’t show any wear. There’s only one real crease mark to speak of by the ankle. These vintage-inspired monkey boots sport a matte black leather with a detailed stitch pattern along each side. Very smart looking and the quality will last for ages.
