laurab321 @lkhlr1970 hello. Yes I can paint or stain them any color of your choice. I make the shutters any height but only 11”, 15”, or 18 1/2” wide. Just let me know what sizes and amounts you need. I make them either out of weather treated wood or the pvc. The pvc lasts longer but are a bit more expensive. Let me know. I look forward to hearing from you.
