Clock has been tested is fully operational. Minor scuffs, and scratches consistent with normal use and handling. Clock diameter is 11.5'' from edge to edge. Second hand makes a ticking motion. No damage noted to glass or mechanics of Clock. There is some paint splatters on the back of the clock as noted in pictures.
