These earrings are made with solid bare copper wire. The wire was shaped and then woven to produce these gorgeous hearts. The copper will age and darken over time and some people like that but they can be kept shiny by storing them in a sealed plastic bag and can also be cleaned with any jewelry polishing cloth. The ear wires can be replaced with a silver Nickel Free wire if you have a reaction to nickel. There are also additional options available to accommodate reactions and metal allergies.
