Solid Blue LuLaRoe Cassie pencil skirt

The infamous LuLaRoe pencil skirt in a solid color, blue. Size small, but lots of stretch. Can be worn with a high waist or folded over. Waist stitch length, 15 inches. Length from that waist stitch is 20 inches. The above waist portion adds another4.5 inches. Worn once, super clean, one small flaw, see last picture
