Solid 10K Nearly .50ctw Diamond Heart Pendant

A 10k yellow gold diamond heart pendant. Baguettes and round cut diamonds line the center of a yellow gold heart. Nineteen baguettes with a nearly 0.38 ctw. and seven round brilliant full cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of 0.11 ctw. Total combined weight of nearly 0.50 ctw., H-I in color, and SI2-I1 clarity. One stone is missing as shown in first pic. This item electronically tested positive for gold. This used item shows surface wear consistent with previous ownership and use.
