Solemio Navy Blue Peplum Strappy Dress

Navy blue dress with peplum ruffle detail, V-neck in front, back crosses over, and has strappy back details. I am not sure what the material is, but it's a woven fabric with a beautiful sheen to it. This dress has never been worn - I purchased it for an event but it did not fit me correctly! Brand: Solemio Los Angeles, purchased from Lulus Size L, doesn't say on tag though Length ~35" Bust ~17" Waist ~13" but stretches Hips ~21" Bundle with more similarly sized items to save 10% and shipping!
