This is a beautiful top by Sole Dione studio boutique black and white lace top with an angeled bottom. There is a black slip underneath that adds more ruffle. It has a low round neck with 3/4 sleeves made in the USA. It is a size large/xlarge and gorgeous on. In excellent condition
