blythelongrn @jessieb824 this one has the mesh pockets on both sides. The other one has plastic pockets on the sides and back. I kept jewelry in the other one and socks in the pockets of this one;)

blythelongrn @jessieb824 yes, it can be hung anywhere. It has two straps that can go over any bar or hook. Yes, it is canvas material.
