harmony754 @joannejurica hi just spoke with the post office. According to the lady I spoke with, she said it should be shipped 3-5 days. Cuz I had it shipped first class parcel. I shipped it on the 21st. If you have not received it today I have to file a claim so they can investigate where the item went and track it. Im so sorry. I hate to have my customers unhappy. If you can't wait for your item I'm more than happy to refund your item and you can ship it back to me as soon as you receive it. I'm so sorry.

harmony754 @joannejurica ok I just received an email from PayPal. I didn't know they track items too. Well I took a picture of the date I shipped the item for proof that I sent it out in the 21st. And I took a pic of the email that was sent to me by PayPal. Hopefully this helps

harmony754 @joannejurica sorry I got a Paypal confirmation in my email and thought it was yours. So sorry for the confusion. I am contact with the post office. apparently it's not showing when I input it in the tracking system. However the post office will file a claim since you did not receive the item. I will give them a call now and hopefully they can track the item.

harmony754 @joannejurica ok so I contacted the post office and they too can't look up the label number which is quite upsetting. Ok if you don't receive the item at all in 2/3 days ill reimburse you your money. I'm so sorry about this. I'll keep calling the post office regarding the item.
