theposhpennie @nj100 the print part measures 18" the black band, which probably will sit across the hip, depending on how you want to wear it, measures 16" but is elastic, easily stretches to 19" maybe more. The inseam is 3". Let me know if you have anymore questions. You can wear the black band at waist, and make the top looser, but it also makes the shorts shorter.
