shepherdmama27 @theycallmelabel Hi! I am so sorry for the delay! I didn't see your comment originally. I apologize! So the boots measure 7 inches across when laid down flat. The fabric does have a decent amount of stretch to it. And if you are worried that they won't fit around your thighs or quads the lacing detail on the back is real and you can loosen or tighten the boots in different areas up your leg. It's the best! You can make them tight where they need to be tight and loose where they need to be loose
