jbedker @2cats1 Hi! I'm so terribly sorry for the late response, I've had a really hectic couple of weeks and completely forgot about this! it measures about 24" laying flat. I'm a 36D and it's still nice and billowy up top if that helps :)

jbedker @2cats1 The waist is a drawstring and can definitely be worn as a tunic, it's a bit longer in length than my city lights tunic from Spell but just as nice and billowy without the waist cinched :)
