itskayluuh Hi @jordanrkennedy it has adjustable straps in the back so it can be tighter or looser. I am a B32 and it fits me fine, but I'm sure it would also fit an A cup and C cup due to the adjustable lace up.

itskayluuh Yes @jordanrkennedy that is me. The nice thing about it is that the lace in the back can be loosened or tightened. It would probably still fit for you as well, but you would need to unlace and redo when you put it on which can take a little longer.
