The longer measurement starts at the top of the sleeve when laid flat (like it is worn in the first photo.) Current style made in 11/2021 and released in 01/2022. Still selling online at retail price of $140. Knit mesh. Lined in body, sheer in sleeves. Cinched, elastic at sleeve cuffs which creates a light ruffle. Waist seam. Full/circle sweep skirt. NOT stretchy. Side zipper. Just above knee length. 100% polyester. Hearts are a velvet felt fabric. Machine washable. Can be worn off the shoulder as well. I have multiple quantities available.
