That looks like you just pulled the sleeves down and it's not supposed to be off the shoulder is it really off the shoulder because the pictures look different

Hi @sarahgrizzel thanks for your question. When I got this from the boutique they told me it could be worn as off-the-shoulder as it is a stretchy material and I found that to be cute. It can be worn either way, I can upload pictures the other way as well if you are interested.
