@isa45 you can track the package in the "my purchases" tab. It will tell you where it is and when it's delivered. You then have 3 days after it says it's delivered to ask for a refund. I would keep an eye on that tab in the future. If you would've seen where it said delivered within 72 hours you could've declined receiving it and they wouldn't have charged you. I hope nobody got it from your mailbox! Keep and eye on the tracking in the future!!!
