cyang90 @boobear17 it might just be from you never using your Paypal is there a previous credit card on there? I believe if you go into my account, then all the way to the right you should see profile click that and it should let you update your cards

cyang90 @ldyxraynuh I can go talk to my post office and see if they can help me too because I'm not really sure what to do. But maybe tomorrow you can call your post office and let them know you were supposed to receive a package and give them the tracking number and they Should be able to tell you where it went to.
