Sleeves were removed so it could be worn with a short sleeve top. Size tag has been removed so please see photos of measurements along with photo of size chart. My dress form is a size 4/6 for reference. 3 rows of hook closures. Elastic waistband. No padding or underwire. Non smoking home.
