Grey New York &Company Soho street crop top with sequins on the front and sleeves that spell LOVE in a rainbow patternstarting on left arm with red. The sequins do not flip and none appear to be missing. The hem has a drawstring that can be adjusted and tied. Based on measurements I would say it's an oversized small.
