Soho Lady Trouser Shorts with Pockets 3X

Like New.. Black stretchy trouser shorts with cutout detail on the front hem. Elastic waist for fit and comfort. They do have pockets. Worn once on vacation, over my swimsuit to and from pool (was not worn in the water). I wore them as a size 22.
