These bat weights can be used for training and building arm strength. They can also be used when warming up to build bat swing speed. Each weight will fit bats ranging in barrel size from 2 1/4" to 2 5/8" They have been used and have scratches/marks on the rubber protective layer. Though they are not as pretty as new weights, they can still perform their intended function.
