Soft tunic flare sweater

Soft, lightweight sweater with a bit of stretch. Scoop neck with a handkerchief style hem, which provides a bit of a flare out. It's a swingy and flowy top. In good used condition. Tag is missing. I thrifted it so I don't remember the brand, but it's definitely a 3X.
