mkopchinski @blondenjh2 there are no rips or stains. It was not used much. It’s a really soft leather. And yes it’s a no pet no smoking home.

mkopchinski @blondenjh2 it is a great soft leather bag and the pictures really don’t do it justice. I used it for my laptop but I no longer work in an office.

mkopchinski @blondenjh2 no breakage in straps. Just pulled it out to reinspect. Two of the four bottom corners have a little show of wear. I’ll add a new pic.
