Soft Surroundings drop waist dress

Nautical inspired dropped waist dress. Classic stripes with delicate scalloped lace (lace is lined). Perfect dress for any occasion. Drop shoulder, gold tone buttons at shoulder. Top is jersey slub with blue (almost black) and cream stripes. Fabric is 100% cotton. Three quarter sleeves. Pit to pit is 19 inches, length at longest point of scalloped edge is 37 inches. Hand wash, cold water. Excellent condition.
