Soft Surroundings Navy Tunic - Size S

Beautiful navy Soft Surroundings tunic in a stretch cotton (see pics) that is in like new condition. The material is light weight and the top has a deep v-neck with length that falls at hips. There was attention to detail when creating the cuffs of this top! Cuffs are ruffled like the neckline and have three functioning buttons. This top is size small but because of the v-neck and stretch, it may accommodate up to size medium in the chest.
