Soft Surroundings METRO LEGGINGS. Slim Fit made of 73% Cotton, 25% Lycra Elasterell, 2% Lycra Spandex. 2” wide elastic band, 35” waist, 43.75” hips, 29” inseam. These stretch leggings have a faded area 2” above bottom, where they were hemmed. See photos.
