Soft Surroundings Cold Shoulder Floral Silk Top

Pretty silk "cold shoulder" top with diagonal hem. Top two-thirds is floral pattern in light greens, light blues, black, and white. Lower section is white and black zebra print. Silk with acetate lining and zipper in back. Wear it alone or with a jacket. Length is 23 - 30". Pit to pit 18".
