This is great to pair with leggings, the bottom layer hugs like a mini skirt and the top layer moves fluid making it body flattering. Measurements are Length is 23" on outer layer, 31" on inside layer, Bust Width is 19" relaxed and 23" stretched on inside layer shell, outer layer is dolman drape and very accommodating. Sleeve Length is approx 18".
