Soft Surroundings Black Top

This is a very stylish and becoming top…dressy enough for evening wear, luncheons, dinner, etc. I love the pretty ruffled stand-up collar…so pretty! This top zips up the front and could even be used as a jacket. The fabric content is 96% Cotton, 2% Spandex. It measures 24” long, 18” across bust, 23 3/4” arm length. It is in excellent condition with no stains, rips, tears, or flaws. Size Small. I usually wear a medium, but this top fit me perfectly.
