Soft & Flowy Scoop Neck Colorblock Top

Flowy and soft top w/wide scoop neck and sleeves. Material is extremely soft and lightweight (but not sheer). The cut of this top is excellent!! Flouncy yet accentuates your curves by having a band at the hem that sits right on your hips. Thin enough that it can be worn tucked in with high waisted bottoms or out over your pants/shorts/skirt.
