Soft & Comfy Boutique Dress. See measurements

NWOT- Soft & Comfy Dress. Bought at boutique in Highlands, NC but haven’t worn yet. Would be great over leggings with boots in colder months or alone with sandals in warm months. No size or materials tag but feels like modal. Measures while laying flat: Shoulder to shoulder hem is 16”, pit to pit is 18”, hip area is 22”, bottom hem width is 29” and 34.5” long from top of shoulder.
