Soft Black Velvet super curvy fitted Jacket Dress

This jacket dress is so cute. It is very form fitting in the waist. Brand is International Advance Sense. I am not sure of the material but I believe it is polyester. I cannot read the materials tag because it is only in another language. The material is thin and soft. It is dark black. Jacket is fully lined. There are pockets on each side and they are still sewn shut. There are shoulder pads which are buttoned in. So, they are so easy to remove if you do not like them. Dress is in nice condition. I do not see any issues. This fits a small size. Please check measurements. There is a 44 on the tag but I am not sure what size that corresponds to in USA. Measurements while jacket is laying flat and buttoned: -Across chest underarm to underarm 16" -Across waist 14" -Across hips 17" -Length from top of shoulder to hem 37"
