@sprinkles4you would you possibly take a second picture of the arches where they meet the heel?  I see the glare, but between there and the heal itself. It looks like the plastic is broken out. (I'm checking because this particular style of the shoe does have a tendency to have breakage there and once the breakage is there, you can't actually wear the shoe safely.)
