Society Girl cold-shoulder tunic

Delicate cream color with pink, magenta and blue accents cold-shoulder tunic with lace-up necklace and lacy embellishments on the sleeves. Gauzy material is lined with a cream lining. Could probably be worn as a dress depending on height since it's about 27" long from the back of the neckline to the bottom of the back.
